Lawyer retention is essential for maintaining a capable, engaged, and stable workforce, ultimately leading to better client service and long-term success for law firms. This session will explore innovative approaches to managing human capital and provide real-world examples of how to create a people-centered culture that promotes retention, growth, and efficiency.
The agenda will include:
- Innovative People Management Practices: Panelists discuss flexible work structures, performance metrics, mentorship strategies, compensation models, and more
- Utilizing Non-lawyer Staff: Hear from professionals who have successfully implemented creative ways to leverage non-lawyer talent in their firms
The day will conclude with an interactive discussion forum for exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and discussing common challenges.
