In today's fast-evolving legal landscape, technology and innovative billing practices are reshaping how lawyers deliver value to their clients. This course will explore how lawyers are using technology to enhance efficiency and reimagining traditional billing models to improve their bottom line.

The agenda will include:

  • AI in Legal Practice: Live demonstrations showcasing how lawyers are using artificial intelligence for research, document drafting, client interactions, and more
  • Value-based Billing: Two experienced lawyers share their journeys of transitioning from billable hours to value-based billing, offering tips and lessons learned

The day will conclude with an interactive discussion forum for exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and discussing common challenges.

This course is the first half of the two-part online series, Implementing Innovation in Legal Practice, designed for lawyers and legal professionals interested in exploring how innovation can transform their legal practice. The second half of this course will focus on People-Centred Management Strategies. Whether you register for Day 1, Day 2, or both, you will gain fresh perspectives and practical tools to enhance your practice.
