Legal professionals today receive between 120-150 emails, manage hundreds of tasks, and meet multiple deadlines all in one day. We receive information from meetings, interviews, depositions, telephone calls, website inquiries, instant messages, as well as through very high volumes of emails every day.
In this interactive session, you will learn how to batch process emails and build a master task list that captures everything that you must do in a way that those items never get lost. We will get our hands dirty and focus on how to use Microsoft Outlook and/or any other tools that your organization uses to manage tasks and deadlines. Finally, you will learn a method for daily and weekly planning that will vastly improve your life and level of organization.
