Who should attend: Negotiators and mediators of all levels of experience, lawyers who attend mediations, business and government officials, and anyone who wants to increase competency in negotiation skills and processes
Learning level: Fundamental/Intermediate
This series of three courses identifies three common roadblocks experienced everyday while negotiating: Re-opening Hopelessly Deadlocked Negotiations; Influential Outsiders in Negotiations; The Last Gap in Negotiations and How to Cross It. Then each course specifies and illustrates a list of standard strategies used by experienced negotiators to address each hurdle.
This three-part series includes the following courses:
17 Strategies for Re-opening Hopelessly Deadlocked Negotiations 9:00 – 10:00 am
Influential Outsiders in Negotiation 10:30 – 11:30 am
The Last Gap in Negotiations and How to Cross It 12:00 – 1:00 pm
