What do you do when something doesn't go your way? What if you could remain calm, project confidence, and find your footing in short order? What if you were more resilient after setbacks?

Unflappable is a dynamic program that gives you simple-to-use tools to unlock your EQ to be more present and engage more effectively with people. Borrowing from the latest scientific research as well as insights from improv performers, you'll be equipped to stay cool under pressure when the stakes are high. Whether you're dealing with a skeptical client, presenting a bold argument, or frustrated trying to do your job while social distancing, you can improve your ability to be more unflappable.

Specifically, you'll learn how to:

  • turn unexpected challenges into opportunities for connection and growth
  • speak off-the-cuff with more confidence
  • respond more effectively when things go awry

Please note: this course is offered remotely through a Zoom platform.  A device equipped with a camera and microphone will be recommended to participate.
