Are you considering making a change in your legal career? Whether you are thinking about switching firms, changing practice areas, moving in-house, or leaving law altogether, it is normal to re-evaluate your career from time to time and decide to pivot.

This course is designed to help you examine your life and career from both a personal and professional standpoint to help you determine your personal values, skills, interests, and career criteria, so that you can explore options that are more aligned with them.

  • examine key considerations when considering a career change
  • learn how to manage thoughts, feelings, and stressors that can arise during such a transition
  • get a framework for determining your individual goals, needs, and career criteria
  • feel empowered to explore the options that are available to you
