New Provincial Court Family Rules will be in effect in May 2021.

The New Rules will apply to family law matters heard in Provincial Court, including matters regarding:

  • spousal and child support
  • parenting arrangements
  • guardianship
  • protection orders
  • Family Maintenance Enforcement Act issues

The new changes are significant. Attend this course and be prepared.
