Join us for a focused, 60-minute course to learn practice tips when running a family law practice remotely. Topics will include: technology to create and manage the paperless office, client identification and verification rules, executing and witnessing documents, dealing with documents and disclosure, and protecting client data and information.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 1 hour (no hours will pertain to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
