The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major disruptive effect on individuals and corporations alike. Individuals have been curtailing travel, shopping, and social gathering. Many businesses have seen a sharp reduction, if not cessation, of commercial relations. Behind this social and economic turmoil lies insurance law. The essential question remains: will insurance coverage come into play? 

Will business interruption insurance cover losses caused by COVID-19? This two-part program will review the most important issues and case developments flowing from COVID-19 and its impact on insurance law.
