This is CLEBC's comprehensive review of the fundamentals of foreclosure practice and procedure. We will take a pragmatic approach to helping counsel understand the substantive and procedural issues framing the foreclosure process. This course will help both new and experienced counsel to understand and avoid common traps and pitfalls that can arise in this demanding practice niche.

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 5 hours (this course will contain a minimum of .5 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management).
