Need to draft family law documents but unsure of how to begin?

Benefit from the experience of senior family law practitioners as they provide you with valuable precedents, tips, and advice on how to draft a comprehensive range of family law documents. This practical course will teach you how to choose your words and phrases carefully for each type of document, pitfalls to avoid, and where to turn for information and assistance.

You will increase confidence and speed in your ability to produce detailed and persuasive court documents, agreements, and correspondence. 

After taking this course, you will:

  • gain the tools and skills to draft family law documents and pleadings
  • be aware of common drafting errors and mistakes
  • improve your ability to meet your clients' needs

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management). Please note: The CPD hours of the rebroadcast will either meet or exceed the CPD hours of the original live webinar course.
