Enforcing creditors' rights can be complex. This comprehensive program will show you how to succeed using all the available tools and processes. You will learn how to analyze the factors at play in creditors' scenarios and how to apply practical approaches to getting what your clients want: results. We will reference CLEBC's British Columbia Creditors' Remedies - An Annotated Guide* as the primary course materials, with additional papers on selected topics.

After taking this course, you will be able to:
- understand when to use and how to obtain garnishing orders, injunctions, Anton Piller orders, and processes for seizure and sale
- work within the processes that come into play with bankruptcy, foreign judgments, and statutory enforcement
- assess the ethical issues and proceed appropriately in representation of both creditors and debtors
