What are the pre-litigation steps you can take to preserve for recovery, and what is the best way to evaluate the costs and benefits of recovery? How can you properly identify, preserve, and recover assets? What do you need to know about bankruptcy and insolvency, and fraudulent transactions?

This course gives you the nuts and bolts of the recovery process post-judgment.

Referencing CLEBC's British Columbia Creditors' Remedies: An Annotated Guide*, experienced faculty will show you tested and practical strategies to enhance your performance as counsel across a range of creditors' scenarios.

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 5 hours (this course will contain a minimum of .5 hours pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management).
