Exposure to such cases can cause depression, burnout, compassion fatigue, and the erosion of optimism, which can undermine your practice. This one-hour neuroscience-informed workshop will help you to develop your resilience capacities enabling you to:

- enhance your well-being
- succeed when dealing with vicarious trauma
