It is prudent to know how bankruptcy and insolvency issues can affect your practice. Join us for a thorough, current, and practical update.
At this course, you will:
- learn how bankruptcy affects your client's rights
- understand the applicable federal and provincial statutes
- know how to flag the issues that may lead to litigation
- learn about directors' and officers' liability in insolvency
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of .5 hours pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
