About the Course Instructors
Anthony Magnabosco is a founder and the current Executive Director of Street Epistemology International (SEI), a non-profit educational organization committed to addressing dysfunction in public and private discourse by encouraging rationality through civil conversation. SEI's goal is to provide people with resources to develop, practice, and promote Street Epistemology to help people critically reflect on the quality of their reasoning and update their confidence in their conclusions to more reasonable and realistic positions. Today, tens of thousands of people regularly practice Street Epistemology, the findings from which could very well help to solve the misinformation and disinformation crisis threatening humanity. SEI is currently developing Navigating Beliefs: A Learning Course for Rational Conversations.

Anthony has practised Street Epistemology since 2013 and given dozens of talks and workshops at conferences and events domestically (in the US) and internationally. Many of his conversations have been uploaded to YouTube and demonstrate how Street Epistemology can be applied to a variety of claims and beliefs. Anthony resides with his family in San Antonio, Texas.

Glen Nicholson practised civil litigation in BC for nearly four decades. Glen believes trials result from the failure to negotiate reasonably and peace should be the ultimate goal of the legal system. After retiring from law, Glen learned about Street Epistemology International (SEI) and recognized its potential for communicating with clients, lawyers, and others in the legal system by helping them adjust their beliefs and expectations toward reality. Glen is helping to develop a legal module for the course on Navigating Beliefs: A Learning Course for Rational Conversations. Glen resides with his spouse in Prince George, BC.
