Who should attend: All lawyers

Learning level: All levels

Lawyer anxiety occurs in all areas and stages of practice and, for many, appears both in professional and personal contexts. In this webinar, psychotherapist and former lawyer Erin Peters continues the conversation about lawyer anxiety and offers her perspective on identifying, coming to terms with, and managing anxiety at work and at home. We will discuss various related topics, including:

  • considering lingering stigma toward your own and others' anxiety at work
  • understanding how your own anxiety shows up, and how it impacts both you and others
  • choosing anxiety management strategies that work for you

Erin will guide this 45-minute, interactive session, which will conclude with a 15- to 30-minute question-and-answer forum for all participants.
