About the Course Chair
Dick Chan is associate counsel at Spagnuolo & Company Real Estate Lawyers where he has practiced since 1996. He graduated from UBC Faculty of Law in 1991 and was called to the bar in 1992. Dick has volunteered with CLEBC since 2002 as a course presenter on real estate matters and as a contributing editor for CLEBC's Conveyancing Deskbook. Dick is also a long time contributing editor for the Law Society's PLTC Real Estate Practice Material and the Residential Conveyance Procedure Checklist.
