This two-day course is your chance to immerse yourself in reviewing and discussing the latest family law developments and trends with other practitioners. Lawyers, judges, and experts from within and outside of the province will share their analysis on issues significant to your daily practice. You don't want to miss this!

After taking this program, you will:

  • understand spousal support issues
  • be up-to-date on case law
  • gain knowledge of evidence law, discretionary family trusts, excluded property, and relocation
  • understand arbitration & arbitration/mediation, and retainer/engagement agreements
  • be up-to-date on practice in Provincial Court

This course qualifies for 1 hour towards the Family Law ADR CPD hours.
