It includes the significant amendments to the Divorce Act and the related amendments to the Child Support Guidelines and Supreme Court Family Rules, which all came into force on March 1, 2021. This edition includes the new Provincial Court Family Rules that are scheduled to come into force on May 17, 2021. It includes summaries of significant decisions under the Family Law Act, the Child Support Guidelines, and the Child, Family and Community Services Act.
