Proper practice and pitfalls
This course highlights the Law Society’s Division 7 Rules on Trust Accounts and Other Client Property. It discusses trust accounting basics, such as how to receive funds into trust, how to withdraw them, and how to appropriately handle cash transactions. The presenters will also discuss some topical issues such as cheque imaging, electronic records, and trust accounting best practices.

The program is based on a CLE-TV course originally broadcast on October 29, 2013.
