About Self-Paced eLearning
Easily accessible in a one to two-hour program, self-paced elearning provides video, quiz questions, and reference materials. The programs are available on demand for two weeks from your date of purchase. You work at your own pace, you control the video and question playback, you can stop part way through and your answers are saved. These programs provide CPD credit for working on your own, at your own pace.

This Self-Paced eLearning course is beneficial for: All lawyers and legal support staff.

Learning level: Fundamental

This complimentary course examines behaviour in the workplace using video scenarios and asking you to think about the appropriateness of the behaviour. Viewing the scenarios and answering the questions should help to:

• Spark discussion of appropriate behaviour in the workplace.
• Identify some of the factors that contribute to a behaviour being inappropriate.
• Refine your view of what makes a particular behaviour appropriate or inappropriate.

For group work, the included discussion guide will help to facilitate a deeper discussion of the issues. The course will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. A group discussion will add an additional 30 minutes.
