Developing good clients takes a combination of knowing your strengths, knowing where to find clients, doing great work, and developing excellent client relationship skills to keep those clients coming back time and time again, and even making referrals. In this program you will hear from two managing partners and one in-house counsel who will share their tips for client development and retention success. 

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 1 hour (a minimum of 1 hour will involve aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
