What do I need to do to create a solid foundation for my practice? How can I be sure I am making the best financial and non-billable investments? How do I stay focused on my priorities? If these are some of the questions you are asking yourself then the answer is simple: get yourself a strategic plan.

Strategic planning doesn’t have to be a long and complicated process. In this one and half hour presentation the faculty take the mystery out of strategic planning. They will introduce you to some planning approaches that are simple and effective. You will leave the session equipped with a planning template that you can apply to your practice immediately.

In this difficult economic climate, with finite resources, it is important to create a strategic plan to help you to effectively manage your practice. This course will help you take critical planning steps to survive and thrive in the new economy.
