Learning level: All levels

As a lawyer advising in the fast-paced world of business, it is important to be prepared to recognize, address, and know who to ask for help when ethical issues arise. This focused, two-hour course features three experienced lawyers who will discuss obligations under the Code of Professional Conduct and Law Society Rules, common ethical issues, and best practices for dealing with grey areas and complex situations. Our panelists will discuss ethics in the context of AI and what the use of AI may mean for practitioners.

Engaging and dynamic, you will leave this course with all of your ethics credits for the year in addition to feeling more comfortable handling ethical issues in your daily practice.

Ethical lawyers are made, not born. Join us today!

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 2 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 2 hours pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
