Environmental litigation is a challenging but rewarding area of practice, requiring practitioners to weave different strands of substantive law, while often considering challenging procedural and practical issues.
This conference, the first devoted to environmental litigation for CLEBC, will explore the breadth and depth of environmental litigation—with a focus on new and emerging issues faced by environmental litigators today.
This conference is suitable for all lawyers, from those who are just starting and wanting to enter the area of environmental litigation, to senior practitioners.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
