Who should attend: Lawyers with under five years of practice in the area of family law, lawyers changing areas, and those seeking a refresher. Articled students are welcome.

You will increase confidence and speed in your ability to produce detailed and effective documents for both litigation and negotiation purposes.

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
