This practical course will teach you how to choose your words and phrases carefully for each type of document, pitfalls to avoid, and where to turn for information and assistance.
You will increase confidence and speed in your ability to produce detailed and effective documents for both litigation and negotiation purposes.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
