This comprehensive program is for general civil litigators who seek a review of the key procedural and substantive matters shaping the conduct of commercial litigation.

As with previous editions of this program, this year's course will blend core topic areas, current legal issues, and advocacy skills to create a wide-ranging yet practical program. The course will focus on litigation strategy and its relation to the management of the issues pertaining to the various phases of a commercial file.

This course will make counsel more effective in serving clients in this important niche of litigation practice.    

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
