This webinar will be led by Eli Mina, a book author and a seasoned expert on meetings, rules of order, and responsible governance. Eli's pragmatic tools will help you achieve an equal engagement of participants in discussions and debates, a responsible use of time, and informed decision-making.
As a result of this workshop, you will:
- have a practical understanding of rules of order and how they should be applied
- expand your focus from the technical rules to what they are supposed to achieve
- be better able to advise your clients on resolving procedural disputes
