In the wake of legislative restrictions impacting motor vehicle personal injury claims, the personal injury landscape in BC continues to evolve.
However, this does not mean that personal injury practice is about to disappear anytime soon. Motor vehicle cases in the pipeline will continue to be litigated, other types of claims are on the rise, and questions of law and practice continue to be important.
If you are a personal injury litigator, this conference is still your must-attend event of the year. As with past conferences, the centrepiece will be the comprehensive case law and legislation update. This year's program will bring new presenters and sessions on medical experts, engineering experts, a CRT update, and much more!
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
Course Chairs
Gurminder Sandhu, KC — Hamilton Duncan Law Corporation, Surrey
Krista L. Simon — Hammerco Lawyers LLP, Vancouver
