This year's program builds on two previous CLEBC conferences for litigators who have an interest in practicing in the complex and rapidly evolving area of civil sexual assault.

As with the previous 2022 and 2023 editions, this year's conference will cover recent updates in the common law and practical guidance and information on how to prove the injury and consequential economic losses through expert evidence. The course will also include an ethics component.

This conference is the must-attend event for all practitioners who want to be current in this practice niche.
