Who should attend: New and somewhat experienced foreclosure counsel

This is CLEBC's comprehensive review of the fundamentals of foreclosure practice and procedure.

We will take a pragmatic approach to helping counsel understand the substantive and procedural issues framing the foreclosure process. Leading counsel will take practitioners through all the essential topics.

This course will help both new and experienced counsel to understand and avoid common traps and pitfalls that can arise in this demanding practice niche.
