At this course, you will gain a solid grounding that will permit you to evaluate, advise on, and manage an intellectual property claim. You will learn the essential characteristics of the different classes of intellectual property and their implications for litigation.
You will come away from this course with appropriate litigation strategies to protect your client's IP interests and to avoid pitfalls in managing these IP files.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
