About the Course Chair
Sven Milelli is the Regional Managing Partner, BC, and a partner in our Business Law Group in Vancouver.

Sven advises public and private corporations in a wide range of industries regarding mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, he was a senior associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a leading international law firm in New York.

Sven is recognized as a Leading Lawyer in Chambers Global for Corporate/M&A- Canada, in Chambers Canada for Corporate/Commercial – BC, in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Corporate Finance & Securities, and in the Lexpet Special Edition for Finance and M&A, Technology and Health Sciences, and Energy.
