Who should attend: Managing partners and personnel who work in law office management

Learning level: Intermediate

In over 30 years of working within the legal industry, course chair Heather Gray-Grant has coached dozens of managing partners.

In her advice to them, she will talk about the role, how they can make the most of it, and how they can move ideas forward without getting bogged down in the day-to-day or constantly being sideswiped by developing issues. She also will discuss such topics as how to build a succession strategy, how to create a good support system, etc.

This session will cover these points and more, and although geared toward managing partners, would also be of value to members of executive teams and practice group leaders.
