"Expert" is a term people often incorrectly equate with concepts such as "objectivity" and "impartiality." However, you know as a litigator that expert evidence is disputable in court.

Chaired by an experienced cognitive scientist and a former Supreme Court of BC judge, this course will help you improve your ability to identify and expose biases, flaws, and strengths in expert reports and testimony. This fast-paced workshop will also teach you skills to effectively demonstrate and communicate these biases, flaws, and strengths to decision makers.

You will leave this course with the confidence to make sound assessments and arguments regarding the quality of your and opposing counsel’s expert evidence.

Join us and become proficient at evaluating experts today!
