This year's program is the follow-up to CLEBC's inaugural course for litigators who have an interest in practicing in the complex area of civil sexual assault.

As with the 2022 edition, this conference will cover important case developments, notable trends in the law, and critical practice issues, including professionalism and ethics, client boundaries, expert evidence, and the critical importance of being trauma-informed. 

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management). Please note: The CPD hours of the rebroadcast will either meet or exceed the CPD hours of the original live webinar course.
