Employment law continues to develop rapidly and poses unique challenges—especially in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This conference will, once again, feature an agenda curated from the submissions and suggestions of leading employment lawyers, explore emerging and topical issues in employment law, and provide updates on notable recent developments. The conference continues to be the annual must-attend event for all practitioners in the area of employment law.
With an agenda curated from your submissions, leading practitioners and your colleagues will explore emerging issues in employment law and update you on the core topics. Employment relationships are evolving at a rapid pace and so is the law as a result of technology, globalization, and increasing diversity in the workplace. This conference is your annual must-attend event where you can network with your colleagues while completing all of your Law Society continuing professional development requirements for the year.
Conference attendees (both attending in person or online) are invited to join faculty at the conclusion of Day 1 of the conference (location to be determined). A special thank you to Cooperwilliams LLP for hosting this reception.

Join us on Day 1, Day 2, or both days for a discussion of these important issues.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 12 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 2 hours pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
