This course will blend substantive legal principles with practical practice pointers. A very popular returning feature will be the View from the Bench wherein members of the judiciary share their observations concerning the most common problems plaguing counsel and how these problems can be remedied.
Registrants can expect to come away with a collection of superb practice tips that they can apply immediately to enhance their effectiveness in chambers. The previous edition of this program in October 2016 received rave reviews.
