In the past five years, there have been significant developments and cases respecting the law of product liability in Canada.
This course will provide a comprehensive update on product liability law, along with substantive and practical advice from experienced practitioners on key aspects of prosecuting and defending product liability claims. Topics will include: case law update, safety defect claims, examining the corporate witness, expert reports, failure to warn claims, and product liability class actions.
