After three years and 133 days of testimony from 199 witnesses, the Cullen Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in British Columbia released its final report to the public on June 15, 2022.
What are the implications of the report for BC lawyers who practice in areas that have been impacted by money laundering? What will lawyers have to do differently to help curb money laundering?
This course will be a comprehensive review of the Cullen Commission Report's findings and recommendations and what they mean for BC lawyers and their clients in a range of practice contexts.
Join CLEBC's expert faculty for a guided tour of the most important provisions of the over 1,800-page report!
