Workers' compensation law is a highly complex area of practice. It has been six years since our last update on workers' compensation law issues.

Join us for a one-day comprehensive course, where we will look at the most critical issues that practitioners face when dealing with WCB claims and occupational health and safety issues.

Some of the topics at this year's update will include:

  • mental disorders
  • serious and fatal investigations
  • disability awards
  • return to work and vocational rehabilitation issues
  • prohibited action complaints
  • and more!

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: (for Rebroadcast only) 7.25 hours (this course does not contain professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management). Please note: The CPD hours of the rebroadcast will either meet or exceed the CPD hours of the original live webinar course.
