The personal injury landscape in BC continues to change but that does not mean personal injury practice is about to disappear any time soon. Cases in the pipeline will continue to be litigated and questions of law and practice will continue to be important. If you are a personal injury litigator, this conference is still your must-attend event of the year.
As with past conferences, the centrepiece will be the comprehensive Murray Jamieson case law and legislation update. Rounding out this year's program are sessions on document management from file opening to trial, the test for proving loss of capacity, suing the government, and last but not least, the future for personal injury lawyers.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 4.5 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management). Please note: The CPD hours of the rebroadcast will either meet or exceed the CPD hours of the original live webinar course.
