Child protection can be a complex and challenging area of practice. Learn best practices from experienced parents' and directors' counsel who understand this area of law and can show you how to better serve your clients. A session on the basics of child protection will give you the grounding for analysis of more advanced issues throughout the day.

Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (this course will contain a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management). Please note: The CPD hours of the rebroadcast will either meet or exceed the CPD hours of the original live webinar course.
