What are the pre-litigation steps you can take to preserve for recovery, and what is the best way to evaluate the costs and benefits of recovery? This course gives you the nuts and bolts of the recovery process post-judgment. Referencing CLEBC's British Columbia Creditors' Remedies: An Annotated Guide*, experienced faculty will show you tested and practical strategies to enhance your performance as counsel across a range of creditors' scenarios.

At this course you will learn:

  • how to effectively enforce creditors' rights
  • what pre-litigation steps to take to preserve for recovery
  • strategies for handling a range of creditors' issues
  • how to deal with judgments when acting for the debtor
