In the current COVID-19 driven economic climate, many businesses are under financial strain and may not be in a position to complete the purchase and sale of real estate.  This brings legal issues of buyers' and sellers' legal rights and remedies in collapsing deals to the forefront.

This course brings together a panel of leading litigation and solicitor experts to discuss various topics in collapsing deals, including time of the essence clauses, deposit issues, getting out of deals or keeping them alive, and issues arising with the sale of tenanted properties.
