Topics will include update on estate administration challenges, update on legislative proposals for signing wills, assessing client's capacity remotely, identifying undue influence remotely, working with staff remotely, limitation periods, remote examinations for discovery and alternatives, remote court appearances, and mediating by webcam.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 1.5 hours (no hours will pertain to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
