Join experienced arbitration counsel and arbitrators for practice tips and discussion of the hot topics that arise when (1) deciding whether to arbitrate, (2) structuring and implementing arbitration agreements, (3) challenging or defending arbitral awards, and (4) dealing with issues such as confidentiality and costs. This course will provide the latest insights into the law and practice associated with this important, though sometimes daunting, form of dispute resolution.
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 6 hours (a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management)
