Who should attend: Family law paralegals and support staff with a minimum of three years practicing in family law. This course may also be of interest to junior family law lawyers or lawyers transitioning to a family practice.

Topics will include preparing affidavits, the new Divorce Act, social media as evidence, working with difficult clients and lawyers, the new Provincial Court Rules, a perspective on effective trial preparation from a retired Supreme Court of BC Justice, and Scott Schedules (including excluded property and F8's).
Law Society of BC CPD Hours: 5 hours (a minimum of 1 hour pertaining to professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, and/or practice management). Please note: The CPD hours of the rebroadcast will either meet or exceed the CPD hours of the original live webinar course.
