When doing deals there are so many moving pieces and issues to manage along the way that things can go sideways very quickly. In this 2-hour focused course, experienced counsel will share their "deal" best practices to help you run your transactions smoothly. 

Join us to learn tips for:

  • doing deals in the electronic age (from electronic signatures and email protocols to document management tips)
  • receiving money to avoid fraud and getting into trouble with the Law Society
  • managing client expectations, instructions, and conflicts of interest
  • managing the deal post-closing
